Leading People.
I believe the ability to move people from Point A to Point B is the defining mark of a leader.
You can come up with a thousand great ideas. You can rally people into a frenzy. You can even build a large team. But if you cannot lead people from where they are to where they need to go, you are not a leader. Not being a leader is not a bad thing. Not everyone is a leader. That’s a good thing.
Too many visionaries, preachers, teachers, bosses, gurus, coaches,…you get the point…get tagged as “leaders”. It’s not fair to them. They’re not leaders. They are gifted and strong in other ways. That’s a good thing.
This blog is about trying to lead people. Wherever people need to be led.
